Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Data Analyst who will design and deliver enterprise-scale BI, analytics, and data warehousing solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will lead BI projects across multiple domains, partner with business leaders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate needs into scalable analytics.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience in BI, data warehousing, reporting, and analytics.
• Experience delivering end-to-end BI and data warehouse solutions.
• Expertise with Power BI, Tableau, and Cognos.
• Advanced SQL skills with Oracle and Snowflake.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, define KPIs, and deliver self-service analytics.
• Experience designing enterprise data models, BI architectures, and reporting frameworks.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives across teams.

Responsibilities
