• Minimum experience: Business Analyst 2 for 1 year, or 6 years of business process analysis, or 2 years plus a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
• Proven ability to develop reporting solutions and dashboards
• Experience with data governance and data management practices
• Experience coordinating with business users, vendors, and technical teams

Responsibilities

• Gather and evaluate business, reporting, and data needs to support system and process improvements
• Develop dashboards, reports, data models, and visualizations using approved BI tools
• Review report results, identify discrepancies, and improve accuracy of reporting information
• Coordinate testing and assess impact of system changes with technical teams
• Maintain documentation and promote consistent reporting practices
• Deliver training and assist users with reporting questions
