Job summary

PNC is seeking a Business Analytics Consultant to design, develop and maintain Power BI and Tableau dashboards, enabling data driven decisions for the IRM organization across Pittsburgh, Brecksville, Charlotte and Houston offices.

The role requires 2+ years in analytics, a Bachelor's degree, strong SQL and BI skills, and experience with ETL processes. You will partner with business partners to deliver actionable insights and scalable reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years of relevant analytics experience.
• Strong SQL, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and data visualization skills.
• Experience with ETL, data modeling, and data governance preferred.
• Knowledge of banking or financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex reporting and dashboard solutions in Power BI and Tableau.
• Consult with clients on analytics strategy, data quality, and BI tool implementation.
• Analyze results and present actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Support ETL processes and data model enhancements.
