Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement System is seeking a Business Analyst 3 to lead business analysis, reporting, BI, and data management activities for PMRS IT systems. Qualifications

• Minimum experience requirement includes one year as a Business Analyst 2 or six years of business process analysis experience or two years plus a bachelor’s degree
• Power BI reporting experience to support critical operations
• Ability to develop dashboards, reports, data models and visualizations using BI tools
• Experience coordinating testing, data validation and data governance activities

Responsabilités

• Gather and evaluate business, reporting and data needs to support system improvements
• Develop dashboards, reports, data models, visualizations and queries using BI tools
• Review report results, identify discrepancies, and improve accuracy of reporting information
• Support testing efforts and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams
• Maintain documentation and promote consistent reporting practices
• Deliver training and assist users with reporting and questions
