XeoMatrix is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Austin, TX to lead BI and data services engagements. You will define scope, plan work, and forecast resources with Technical Delivery Leads to keep projects on schedule and budget, while coordinating client communications.

The role requires 6+ years in professional services PM for data engineering and analytics, with strong focus on delivering high-quality BI solutions and managing expectations across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management in data engineering and analytics consulting.
• Proven ability to deliver BI/data services projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with AI, data transformation, BI migration, or data warehouse modernization.
• Tableau and Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, resource, execute, and manage BI and data services projects/programs.
• Coordinate with Technical Delivery Leads to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Define scope, develop work-based plans, schedules, and resource forecasts.
• Actively manage project plans, budgets, risks, and client communications.
• Support contract planning and ensure alignment with client expectations.
