Job summary

Ringside Talent is seeking a Manager of Business Intelligence to lead our client’s BI strategy and build capabilities in a data-driven Columbus, OH hybrid setting.

This role combines people leadership with hands-on BI delivery, data modeling, ETL, and governance, offering collaboration with executives and a clear path to influence decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of BI experience with team leadership
• Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
• Solid data modeling, ETL, and SQL skills
• Excellent communication and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities
