LaSalle Network is seeking a Senior Manager of BI Engineering & Data Products in Columbus, OH, to lead a growing analytics engineering team and scale enterprise BI capabilities. You will define BI architecture, build reliable pipelines, and establish governance while collaborating with business and technology partners.

The role emphasizes leadership, cloud data platforms, and delivering enterprise-scale BI solutions in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid onsite schedule applies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in BI engineering, data engineering, or analytics.
• 4+ years managing technical teams.
• Strong expertise in SQL, data modeling, and BI architecture.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
• Experience with Python, dbt, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of BI engineers and developers.
• Define and implement BI architecture, data models, and reporting frameworks.
• Build and maintain scalable BI pipelines from data ingestion through dashboards.
• Establish governance standards for data access, quality, and platform usage.
• Improve platform reliability and performance across BI tools.
• Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery speed, quality, and operational maturity.
