Job summary

FreedomCare is seeking a Senior BI Data Analyst for our Marketing team to turn data into actionable insights that drive strategy. You will work at the intersection of analytics and data science to prepare data, build models, and interpret results with recommended actions across Marketing, Product, Operations, and Workforce.

You will generate insights, develop predictive analyses, and create dashboards to empower cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or business analytics roles.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field.
• Strong SQL and working knowledge of Python or R.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to answer key business questions and identify actionable insights.
• Build SQL queries, data pipelines, and ad hoc analyses for cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to scope projects, structure analyses, and translate findings into recommendations.
• Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast outcomes for decision-making.
• Build and maintain dashboards and data tools to democratize access to insights.
