Credible is seeking a data-driven Data Analyst to join the Business Intelligence and Analytics team in the United States. You will deliver dashboards and analyses to inform user acquisition, marketing, product, finance, and operations, shaping data-driven decisions and strategic initiatives.

You’ll partner with multiple teams, own key metrics, and lead investigations from ideation to presentation, ensuring data quality and actionable insights across the company.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years of work experience as a data analyst, data engineer, or in a highly analytical role.
• Experience writing SQL queries and optimizing data models.
• Experience leveraging visualization/reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience using Excel for analysis.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing with appropriate experimental design.
• Strong grasp of statistics and rigorous data analyses.
• Experience using the command line and git repositories.
• Experience with a scripting language (preferably Python) for data processing and analysis a plus.
• Experience developing models and visualizations in Looker a plus.
• Experience at an e-commerce or fintech company a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with teams across the organization to understand analytics needs and create dashboards.
• Monitor performance trends and provide regular insights to stakeholders.
• Become the subject matter expert on profit drivers, unit economics, and campaign performance.
• Identify data gaps and improve data quality and analytical depth.
• Define key metrics with business leaders and build reporting to monitor them.
• Conduct in-depth analyses, from ideation to presentation of findings.
• Help structure A/B tests and logging requirements for tests and features.
• Become an expert on Credible’s data and analytics infrastructure.
