Job summary

The role supports data, reporting, and analytics for the MaineHealth system and requires strong MS SQL skills and healthcare IT experience.

The position emphasizes user provisioning, content lifecycle management, and policy-compliant vendor licensing, with attention to audits and incident resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, information science, computer science, computer engineering, business or healthcare preferred or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of BI applications system administration experience preferred; 7+ years in one or more BI applications.
• Experience with SAP Business Objects, Epic Cogito Suite, Power BI, or QlikView preferred.
• Experience with MS SQL or equivalent required; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer enterprise BI applications including installation, upgrades, licensing, and security setup.
• Provide user provisioning, end-user support, content lifecycle management, and incident resolution.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and vendor licensing agreements; perform audits and monitor usage.
• Produce technical documentation and support cross-functional teams.
