Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a data analytics professional to provide technical support for eligibility feeds, dashboard development, automation, and custom reporting for internal and external customers.

The role partners with product and IT teams to design BI solutions using Tableau and Alteryx, gather business requirements, and present outputs to leadership. You will drive scalable data warehousing, KPI reporting, and data governance, coach junior developers, and help advance analytics

Qualifications

5+ years progressive data analytics and data management experience.
Experience with dashboards and data visualization using Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with Alteryx and SQL for ETL and data modeling.
Exposure to automation tools (Power Automate, UiPath) is required.
Healthcare industry experience preferred.
Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Independently gathers and evaluates business requirements for analytics requests and provides efficient solutions.
Leads design, development, deployment and support of custom data solutions including APIs, interfaces, and linked servers.
Drives sustainable BI, reporting and analytics solutions such as dashboards, scorecards and data visualizations.
Develops measure algorithms via complex SQL scripts and database queries.
Collaborates with Product and IT to ensure BI solutions integrate with platforms.
Anticipates customer needs and guides development of new data offerings.
Maintains relationships with data partners and communicates status to stakeholders.
Supports and mentors Application Developers in database and workflow design.
