Job summary

Progress Analytics is seeking a Data Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that guide operational and financial decisions in a fast-paced environment. You will build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI, perform SQL data wrangling across enterprise sources, and translate complex findings into clear business recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in a quantitative field.
  • 2-5+ years of data analysis, BI, or reporting experience.
  • Experience building dashboards with large datasets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
  • Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL and enterprise data sources
  • Translate complex data into clear, business-friendly insights for leadership
  • Partner with finance, operations, and clinical teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting tools
  • Support ad hoc analysis, executive presentations, and KPI tracking
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting automation, and data accessibility
  • Support any and other responsibilities as needed

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to support data-driven decision making across operational and financial areas. This role will focus heavily on data visualization, dashboard development, and translating complex datasets into actionable insights that inform leadership decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI
  • Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL and enterprise data sources
  • Translate complex data into clear, business-friendly insights for leadership and stakeholders
  • Partner with finance, operations, and clinical teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting tools
  • Support ad hoc analysis, executive presentations, and KPI tracking
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting automation, and data accessibility
  • Support any and other responsibilities as needed

  • Experience in healthcare or complex operational environments is a plus
