Job summary

Candid Health is seeking a Data Analyst to help enhance efficiency, product scalability and operational decision making. You will perform critical analysis and implement data-driven solutions that empower our engineering, product and leadership teams to deliver transformative software to healthcare providers.

You will partner across teams to build analytics, dashboards, and data models, own the BI platform, and help turn data into actionable insights that drive business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-intensive field.
• 4+ years of experience handling data at scale, including ETL and process automation.
• 3+ years with data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to build useful insights.

Responsibilities

• Perform critical data analysis for a broad range of stakeholders to inform decisions.
• Enable self-serve solutions by delivering internal tools and workflows.
• Build high-value data products and scalable data models for clients.
• Own BI platform implementation and maintain accurate reporting.
