Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain analytics solutions using SQL, Epic data models, Cogito Tools, Tableau, Power BI, and cloud platforms.
• Lead or contribute to analytics engagements translating business questions into insights and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and revenue cycle partners to define requirements and communicate findings.
• Support self-service analytics enablement through governed datasets and semantic layers.
• Participate in agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
