Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-3 Years of IT related experience
• Epic Certification or Proficiency in EpicCare Orders and/or Bugsy applications
• Bachelor's degree or better in a medical discipline or other IT related specialty
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams of all sizes.
• Ability to multitask complex work assignments.
• Ability to work under the guidance of senior team members

Responsibilities

• SupportEpic system configuration and support activities.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and informatics leaders to translate requirements into Epic solutions.
• Participate in project initiatives, define requirements, and meet timelines.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and change management records.
• Communicate project updates to clinicians and IT teams.
• Remain current with Epic releases and healthcare technology best practices.
