Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field with 4+ years BI experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Crystal Reports) and ETL processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement BI solutions including reports and dashboards.
• Gather requirements from clinical, financial and operational stakeholders.
• Mentor junior BI developers and participate in project management as needed.
