Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, reporting, or a related data-focused discipline.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, transforming, and analyzing data.
• Advanced experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions in Power BI.
• Hands-on experience working with Snowflake environments.
• Solid understanding of relational database concepts and reporting methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to business audiences.
• Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to balance independent work with cross-functional collaboration.
• Commitment to data integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and develop data-driven solutions for key business objectives.
• Build, enhance, and support enterprise Power BI dashboards and reporting assets.
• Leverage SQL and Snowflake to access, prepare, and analyze large volumes of data.
• Evaluate datasets to uncover trends, performance drivers, potential risks, and growth opportunities.
• Partner with analytics, technology, and operational teams to establish reporting frameworks and performance metrics.
• Contribute to initiatives focused on improving data governance, consistency, and overall data quality.
• Participate in data modeling and advanced analytics projects.
• Develop compelling visualizations and reporting tools for executive leadership and business users.
• Provide guidance and training on reporting functionality, data usage standards, and self-service analytics best practices.
• Deliver actionable recommendations that support business planning and organizational performance improvements.
