Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, BI, data analysis, or related field.
• Strong SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Advanced Power BI experience including dashboards and visuals.
• Experience with Snowflake data platforms.
• Knowledge of relational databases and reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent communication to explain analytics to non-technical audiences.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• High attention to detail and data quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Utilize SQL and Snowflake to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with business, analytics, and IT teams to define key metrics and reporting standards.
• Improve data quality, integrity, and governance processes.
• Support data modeling and advanced analytics initiatives.
• Create visualizations that effectively communicate insights to executive and operational teams.
• Train and support business users on reporting tools, data definitions, and best practices.
• Present recommendations that drive business performance and decision-making.
