Job summary

Fenner Precision Polymer is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to lead BI transformation and partner with the BI Architect to develop Power BI reporting across Fenner Polymers' business lines. You will collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Product Management, Finance and IT to translate business questions into governed BI solutions.

The role requires 5+ years’ experience in business analytics, advanced Power BI skills, and strong SQL. JD Edwards ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Advanced Power BI developer skills (Report building, data model creation, Advanced DAX).
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Experience with JD Edwards ERP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate business questions into analytical requirements and deliver insights to leadership.
• Build dashboards and reports using Power BI and standardize KPI logic.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT to enable governance and adoption of BI tools.
