Job summary

CFS is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to own high-visibility operational analytics and work directly with executive leadership. You will shape reporting and influence manufacturing decisions in a hybrid, in-office 3 days per week environment.

Responsibilities include building Power BI dashboards, analyzing OEE and production data, and partnering with operations and finance to drive decisions. A strong Power BI background and manufacturing analytics experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of analytics experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong Power BI expertise.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and operational reporting tools.
• Analyze manufacturing, productivity, OEE, and operational performance data.
• Utilize SAP to gather, validate, and report critical business information.
• Partner with operations, manufacturing, planning, and finance leaders to drive decision-making.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements through data analysis.
• Create meaningful insights and recommendations that support organizational objectives.
