The Broadband Business Intelligence team at T-Mobile seeks a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to guide data-driven decisions across marketing and product performance. You will translate requirements into tailored, data-backed insights and develop reporting structures and dashboards for executive audiences.

The role focuses on data storytelling, collaboration with Marketing Managers and Data Scientists, and delivering customer-centric solutions through data analysis.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics or related field plus 5 years of experience
• 4 years experience with BI tools (Business Objects, Cognos, Hyperion)
• 4 years experience in reporting and data visualization with Tableau
• 2 years experience in online e-commerce or online support environments
• 2 years experience in advanced business analytics including testing, competitive analysis, surveys & market research
• 4 years experience with performant querying of databases (SQL)
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsabilidades

• Support the BI needs using data from multiple sources (e.g., AWS Redshift, Azure, Databricks) and guide data strategy across touch points
• Lead the process of driving core insights and create strategies to improve customer experience and performance
• Early involvement in enterprise projects to define reporting needs and incorporate into system design
• Create comprehensive dashboards from different data sources for presentations to senior management
• Provide recommendations to cross-functional teams, resulting in process improvement
