T-Mobile US Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to guide data-driven decisions for the Broadband Business Intelligence team. You will transform requirements into impactful dashboards using data from AWS Redshift, Azure and Databricks, and present insights to senior leaders.

The role emphasizes customer-centric data solutions, reporting design, and collaboration with Marketing, Data Science, and IT teams, in a hybrid in-office model requiring at least 3 days on-site weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Statistics or similar +5 years of related work exp, or an advanced degree with 3+ yrs.
• 4 yrs experience with BI tools (e.g. Business Objects, Cognos, Hyperion).
• 4 yrs experience in reporting & data visualization with Tableau.
• 2 yrs in online e-commerce or on-line support environments.
• 2 yrs in advanced business analytics incl. testing, surveys & market research.
• 4 yrs experience with performant SQL querying.
• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support BI needs using data from AWS Redshift, Azure, Databricks; guide data strategy.
• Lead core insights from data; collaborate with Marketing, Data Science, and others.
• Early involvement in enterprise projects to define reporting needs.
• Create comprehensive dashboards for senior management presentations.
• Provide recommendations to cross-functional teams to improve processes.
