Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 7+ years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 5+ years of related experience.
• Quantitative fields such as data analysis/science/decision science; reporting & analytics.
• Proficiency with SQL and advanced analytics; experience with Tableau/Power BI; Python/R preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide insights and recommendations through cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop and maintain data and reporting solutions: reports, dashboards, self-service tools.
• Apply analytics to optimize decision-making and prioritize resources.
• Create executive-level presentations to communicate findings and influence decisions.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by management.
