Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to guide the business through quantitative and qualitative data analysis, building the single view of AI at T-Mobile. You will design reporting structures, administer standardized reports, and join the AI Platforms & Adoption team to connect data from Cyber monitoring, CMDB, ServiceNow, MagentaU, and AI platforms into executive views.

You will work to create customer-centric data solutions, drive insights, and help leadership understand AI health and spend

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 3 years of related experience.
• Acceptable areas of study include Business, Statistics or similar degree.
• 4-7 years experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. BO, Cognos, Hyperion).
• 4-7 years experience in reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau, Power BI).
• 2-4 years experience in online e-commerce or online support environments.
• 2-4 years experience in advanced business analytics (testing, surveys, market research).
• 2-4 years call center experience if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Support the analytic needs of the business using data from multiple sources.
• Build and own the enterprise AI portfolio health view across data sources.
• Create holistic dashboards for senior management, including executive views for AI governance.
• Guide data strategy across touch points and define the data model.
• Own process of driving insights and craft strategies to improve employee experience and adoption.
• Build forecasting models for AI spend across platforms and models accounting for cost drivers.
• Deliver showback dashboards with row-level security and dynamic views.
• Involve early in enterprise projects to define reporting needs and system design.
• Automate data pipelines so portfolio views, forecasts, and reports refresh automatically.
• Present analysis and strategies to senior management in verbal and written forms.
• Other duties as assigned.
