Job summary

T-Mobile USA is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst in Frisco, TX to guide data-driven decision making. You will translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights and create executive-ready dashboards for key stakeholders.

The role focuses on marketing analytics, reporting design, and model building, with collaboration across Marketing, Data Science, and cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid position requiring in-office work at least 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics or similar degree plus 5 years of related work experience.
• 4 years experience with business intelligence tools (e.g.Business Objects, Cognos, Hyperion, etc.).
• 4 years experience in reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization with Tableau.
• 2 years experience in online e-commerce or on-line support environments.
• 2 years experience in advanced business analytics, which include testing, competitive analysis, surveys, & market research.
• 4 years experience with performant querying of databases (SQL).
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Support the business intelligence needs of the business by using data from various sources (e.g. AWS Redshift, Azure, Databricks). Guide data strategy across multiple touch points (e.g. new third party data acquisition and integration).
• Lead the process of driving core insights from available data and create strategies to improve the customer experience & performance. This involves collaboration with Marketing Managers, Data Scientists, and others.
• Early involvement in enterprise projects to define reporting needs & incorporating those needs into system design.
• Create comprehensive dashboards from different data sources for presentations to senior management on verbal and written forms
• Provide recommendations to cross-functional teams, resulting in process improvement
