Cheshire West and Chester is seeking an Insights and Intelligence Analyst to join the team responsible for performance data and analysis that informs decisions across local services. You will work with senior managers, Councillors, and partners to deliver timely information and insights.

The role requires strong data analysis skills, proficiency with Excel and Power BI, and the ability to present findings through reports and dashboards.

• Experience with developing performance information and benchmarking.
• Ability to create reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Lead role in developing high quality performance information, benchmarking and insights.
• Use Excel and Power BI to analyse complex datasets and communicate findings through engaging reports and dashboards.
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, streamline processes and explore automation to drive efficiency.
• Support the preparation of data for statutory government data returns, peer reviews and inspections, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborate with data analysts, senior managers and partner organisations.
