Job summary

Safety National is seeking a Business Intelligence Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights and support strategic decision-making. You will build dashboards with Power BI and SSRS, work closely with business partners to understand reporting needs, and ensure data accuracy across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, information systems, computer science, or a related field preferred
• 1+ year of reporting, data analysis, or analytics in a business environment
• Ability to read, write, and modify moderately complex SQL queries
• Experience interpreting business requirements and translating to technical requirements
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, pivots, conditional formatting, and complex formulas
• Hands-on experience delivering reporting and/or data visualization using Power BI or SSRS/Visual Studio
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
• Hybrid work with minimum 3 days/week in the St. Louis corporate office at 1832 Schuetz Rd, Saint Louis, MO

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS
• Translate reporting needs from business partners into technical solutions
• Query and manage data across multiple systems with SQL for accurate outputs
• Support data validation and refine reporting processes
