Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Developer to design and deliver reliable, secure, and scalable data solutions for a US-based partner. This fully remote role offers Senior or Lead level, with responsibilities spanning dashboards, data pipelines, governed datasets, and data models to transform complex information into actionable insights.

You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements, ensure data quality and governance, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
At least five years of BI, data engineering, or analytics delivery experience.
Experience building and supporting enterprise data solutions in production.
Advanced SQL skills with SQL Server or Oracle.
Experience creating reports/dashboards with Power BI, SSRS, Business Objects, or Cognos.
Hands-on ETL/ELT development using SSIS or similar.
Experience managing data extracts, data marts, governed datasets, and downstream reporting.
Knowledge of dimensional modeling, data warehouses, OLAP cubes, and semantic layers.
Familiarity with data quality and governance practices.
Strong communication and collaboration; translate business needs into technical requirements.
Lead-level: 7+ years and leadership experience; master’s degree or certs preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop BI reports, dashboards, data extracts, datasets, and ETL/ELT processes.
Support end-to-end data integration from source systems to downstream consumption.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data rules.
Perform data analysis for requirements, validation, and data quality.
Develop dimensional models, data warehouses, OLAP cubes, and semantic layers.
Conduct unit testing, data reconciliation, and production support.
Document technical specs, mappings, lineage, runbooks, and procedures.
Lead complex initiatives; guide standards and mentor colleagues at Lead level.
