Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 7+ years of data analytics, BI, or reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with data manipulation and presentation design.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret and summarize complex data.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with senior stakeholder presentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Own executive-level presentations ensuring accuracy and professional quality.
• Develop, maintain, and improve warranty and quality analytics and reports.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and drivers of quality.
• Translate findings into concise, leadership-ready insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supplier Quality to align outputs with business needs.
• Support KPI governance and standardized reporting approaches across the org.
• Respond to ad-hoc analyses with speed and business context.
• Identify opportunities to automate or enhance reporting and visualization.
