Peugeot Sport (Stellantis Motorsport) is seeking a Warranty Analyst Engineer to identify data-driven trends in warranty claims within Infotainment, Body Electronics, and ADAS systems. You will translate findings into actionable insights for Engineering, Quality, Service and Finance to improve reliability and reduce warranty costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or related quantitative field.
• 1+ year of experience in automotive engineering, data analysis, BI, or data science.

Responsibilities

• Use Palantir, Stellantis issue tracking systems, and dealer warranty platforms to identify and monitor warranty trends.
• Analyze warranty claims to pinpoint customer concerns and link to root cause areas.
• Track corrective actions to ensure resolution quality and sustainability to closure.
• Apply ML/AI techniques to enhance data mining, claims validation and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing and Service to drive product/process improvements.
• Summarize customer concerns in handover documents for cross-functional teams.
