Job summary

Peugeot Sport (Stellantis Motorsport) in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to lead month-end close, consolidate Onestream reconciliations, and drive financial reporting for purchasing and FP&A functions.

You will collaborate with leadership to deliver accurate budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analyses, ensuring control, accuracy, and alignment with core Stellantis metrics and vehicle programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field OR MBA (if undergrad is not Accounting/Finance).
• Minimum of 8 years of professional finance experience.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review and sign-off month-end reporting materials for Senior Leadership.
• Consolidate OneStream reconciliation for purchasing accounts with timely management sign-off.
• Manage PPO line items, accruals, reconciliations, and monthly deep-dive analyses.
• Perform GL analysis and prepare month-end JVs as required.
• Coordinate with Commercial Savings team for proper revenue recording and reconciliation.
• Develop data-driven reports and analyses for stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional process improvements for consolidation activities.
• Support the Consolidation Manager with ad hoc reports and projects.
• Present conclusions to Senior Level Management and provide ad-hoc reporting.
