Job summary

Peugeot Sport (Stellantis Motorsport) in Auburn Hills, MI, seeks a data analyst with 5+ years to develop and respond to data analysis requests, guiding Dealer Audit teams toward data-driven decisions with AI solutions.

You will translate business needs into user stories, build visuals in Power BI and Tableau, and collaborate with stakeholders to deploy scalable analytics and automation while upholding Responsible AI and data governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, statistics, analytics, MIS or related field.
• 5+ years as a Data Analyst, AI Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar).
• Familiarity with Python, R, SQL, NoSQL.
• Experience with VS Code, Databricks, Snowflake, Palantir Foundry.
• Strong MS Office skills and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex data sets from multiple sources to identify trends and insights.
• Define analytics requirements with stakeholders and develop solutions.
• Create visualizations or perform analysis as required.
• Know business data and advise on data quality improvements.
• Support audit teams in data and AI usage within testing.
• Stay updated on AI and data analytics advances.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities to embed into daily ops.
• Map processes, define requirements and value hypotheses.
• Translate business needs into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure feasibility and integration.
• Develop deployment playbooks, doc, and training assets.
• Create reusable templates, prompts, workflows, or automation components.
• Define KPIs and measure performance, productivity, and financial impact.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible AI and Data Governance frameworks.
