Job summary

North American Search Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, BI (remote) to translate complex e-commerce datasets into actionable business insights. You will partner with Sales and Merchant Success to develop pricing models, track ROI, and influence product direction.

The role requires 5+ years in business analytics, strong SQL and Snowflake skills, and expertise with Tableau to deliver executive-ready dashboards and reporting for large consumer brands.

Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

• ranslate complex e-commerce and post-purchase dataset insights into compelling commercial narratives, financial business cases, and pricing models that directly protect and grow merchant partnerships.


• Commercial & Sales Strategy: Partner with Sales to build data-backed pricing models, pitch materials, and financial business cases for prospective and existing enterprise merchants.


• Merchant ROI & Retention: Work alongside Merchant Success to track performance metrics, demonstrate clear ROI, and lead analytics-focused renewal and expansion discussions.


• Direct Client Engagement: Interface directly with key client stakeholders to understand custom reporting requirements, delivering best-in-class analytics support tailored to major consumer brands.


• Product Roadmap Influence: Analyze merchant usage and product data to provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams, helping prioritize feature enhancements and strategic product initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years in business analytics, commercial BI, technical account management, or e-commerce data strategy.


• Strong hands-on experience querying large datasets in SQL, working within Snowflake, and building visualizations in Tableau.


• Solid grasp of e-commerce business models, consumer brand dynamics, - Excellent verbal/written communication with a proven ability to translate complex analytical findings into actionable strategy for non-technical leadership and external clients.

SALARY

• 130-150k
