Job summary

IEM in the United States is seeking an analytics professional to analyze customer behavior, marketplace dynamics, and operational performance to drive strategic decisions.

You will partner with the Execution & Delivery Team to forecast staffing and support, develop analytics frameworks for retention, market share, revenue growth, and expansion, and deliver timely insights using Tableau, Snowflake, and AI-driven workflows. You will communicate recommendations to E&D Leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of analytical experience with large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Snowflake, and AI tools.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer behavior, marketplace dynamics, and operational performance to drive strategic decisions.
• Partner with the Execution & Delivery Team to analyze customer forecasts for staffing and support strategies.
• Develop and enhance analytics frameworks for retention, market share, revenue growth, and expansion.
