Mitsubishi Electric Trane US seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports in Tableau and Excel, perform advanced data analysis, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to support business needs and lead generation.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and stakeholders, develop forecasting models, and contribute to pipeline growth while staying current with analytics best practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent experience in Data Science, Statistics, or Economics.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Tableau.
• 3 years of experience with data manipulation.
• Experience with AI analytics tools.
• Comfortable navigating and leveraging ambiguous data environments to derive insights.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau, Analytics Studio, or similar platforms.
• Identify and validate leads using internal/external data, providing high-quality prospect data to support BD efforts.
• Support sales incentive calculations, performance measurement, and annual sales goal planning with stakeholders.
• Develop AI/machine-learning driven forecasting models for strategic planning.
• Analyze prospecting activities, campaign performance, and sales funnel metrics to drive pipeline growth.
• Stay informed on analytics trends, BI, AI, and data management best practices.
• Gather and analyze data to help management evaluate growth opportunities and/ or performance of initiatives.
• Explore organizational operations through data interviews and quantitative research to identify efficiency improvements.
