Flywire is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to set the vision for how we communicate the value of our data to clients, through interactive in‑app dashboards and custom analytics that demonstrate ROI from our products.

This cross‑functional role partners with product, engineering, sales and finance to design dashboards, surface insights, and ensure reporting is secure, scalable, and easy to interpret for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in BI, product management, data/analytics, or related field.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong experience with BI tools; Looker and Sigma preferred.
• Comfortable presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication; translate complex data for non-technical audiences.
• Emerging data science and analytical skills.
• Familiar with AI technologies and LLM tools.

Responsibilities

• Help set a broad company vision for communicating data value to clients.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver analyses showing ROI and value of Flywire.
• Lead design and development of customer-facing dashboards.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to ensure secure, scalable reporting and a seamless user experience.
