Flywire is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to drive how we communicate data and ROI to clients through in-app reporting and analytics projects. This role spans data & analytics, product, relationships, and sales, requiring deep BI knowledge and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.

You'll design customer-facing dashboards and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver secure, scalable reporting that enhances client understanding and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in business intelligence, product management, data and analytics.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Strong experience with business intelligence tools, with a preference for Looker and Sigma.
• Comfortable presenting to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills: can translate complex data into clear insights.
• Emerging data science and analytical skills.
• Familiar with AI technologies, NLP assistants for queries, and core LLM tools.
• Strong business acumen by linking data and dashboard design to revenue, retention, and strategy.
• Experience with finance-related data (revenue, billing, payments) and translating it into insights.
• Experience with client/CRM data (e.g., Salesforce) to build a unified client view.

Responsibilities

• Help set a broad company vision for communicating data and value to clients.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand client situations and deliver analyses showing value and performance.
