Job summary

IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, and food ingredients, seeks a Senior Account Manager to drive profitable sales growth in the alcohol beverage segment from a remote North America base.

You will manage strategic accounts, negotiate pricing, and maintain forecasts in Salesforce while collaborating with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to deliver customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in flavors, food ingredients, or related industry.
• Experience supporting beverage customers, preferably within the alcohol beverage category.
• Strong account development and growth delivery against objectives.
• Forecasting, pipeline management, and pricing negotiations.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including owners and senior executives.
• Excellent verbal and written English.
• Salesforce and MS Office proficiency.
• Self-motivated in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and grow regional accounts in the alcohol beverage segment.
• Manage relationships across multiple stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
• Lead pricing, quotes, and commercial negotiations.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and opportunity tracking in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Commercial teams.
• Organize customer meetings, workshops, and presentations with timely progress updates.
• Drive proactive innovation initiatives and product promotion aligned with market trends.
