Job summary

Manna Beverages is seeking a Production Supervisor to create efficient schedules by coordinating with internal and external customers. You will monitor and schedule multiple production lines and oversee ordering of raw materials for production runs.

Responsibilities include supervising up to 10 employees, supporting scheduling, coordinating with planners and suppliers, and ensuring on-time material deliveries. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

• Experience with scheduling and production planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Supervise up to 10 employees.
• Provide support for direct employees on assigned production schedules.
• Assist with writing schedules for multiple production lines.
• Assist with communication to customers on schedules and orders.
• Assist with ordering raw materials and creating purchase orders.
• Back up production planning and item setup in systems.
• Run daily production meetings in the absence of the Planning Manager.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements for production schedules.
• Complete timesheets for direct reports.
• Maintain positive interactions with team and management.
