Job summary

Connect Search, LLC is hiring a Production Scheduler in Madison, WI. The role centers on coordinating customer demand and co-pack activities, and on planning production to serve multiple SKUs with frequent changeovers.

You will be the pivotal link between customers, manufacturing and procurement, managing schedules, ensuring material readiness, and driving performance through cross-functional collaboration and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production scheduling or related manufacturing roles.
• Experience in contract manufacturing/co-packing strongly preferred.
• Beverage, brewing, food, CPG, or other high-SKU manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing production schedules involving multiple customers, SKUs, packaging formats, and frequent changeovers.
• Experience working directly with customers regarding forecasts, orders, production timing, and supply requirements.
