Job summary

Redwood Beverage Group LLC in West Sacramento is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee daily beverage manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, efficient production while meeting quality and regulatory standards.

You will lead production, maintenance, quality, safety, and warehouse teams, drive Lean and continuous improvement, manage the plant budget, and collaborate with supply chain and R&D on new products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operation Management, Food Science, or related field.
• Manufacturing experience required.
• Beverage, food, or consumer packaged goods experience preferred.
• Strong ability to translate data into action and lead regulatory/quality functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, sanitation, and logistics.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining efficiency, yield, and throughput targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, OEE improvement).
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
• Manage plant budget, KPIs, and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Directly manage department managers and supervisors.
