Job summary

Naples Grande Beach Resort, part of Benchmark Resorts & Hotels, seeks a Resort Beverage Manager to lead and elevate beverage programs across all outlets.

You will develop strategy, design innovative menus, mentor teams, manage inventory and costs, and collaborate with culinary, events, and revenue teams to drive guest satisfaction and profitability. This is a senior leadership role requiring vision and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive beverage management experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.
• Knowledge of beverage inventory systems and purchasing practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the resort-wide beverage strategy across all outlets.
• Lead beverage menu development, pricing strategies, and cost controls.
• Oversee beverage operations across all venues including pools, bars, cafes, and banquets.
