Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Resort Beverage Manager to lead the beverage program across our luxury resort outlets, including Vicolo, Solfina Bar & Terrace, and Cocoplum Pool Bar. The role focuses on strategy, menu development, training, and cost controls to drive guest satisfaction and profitability.

The position requires at least 5 years of progressive beverage leadership in luxury hospitality, strong financial acumen, and proven team development, with opportunities to collaborate

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive beverage management experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple outlets in luxury hospitality.
• Certified Sommelier or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Excellent training and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the resort-wide beverage strategy across all outlets.
• Lead beverage program development, pricing, and menu engineering.
• Oversee beverage operations across venues including Vicolo, Solfina Bar & Terrace, Cocoplum Pool Bar, Flipside Beach Bar, Spoonbill Coffee Shop & Marketplace, Banquets and Catering, events.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and beverage cost controls.
• Train and mentor beverage teams across outlets.
