Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality, Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico, invites a Beverage Manager to lead and elevate our resort beverage program. You will drive strategic development, financial performance, and operational execution across restaurants, bars, pool, and events, ensuring a cohesive luxury beverage identity.

We seek a results-driven leader with strong financial discipline, beverage expertise, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic resort environment.

Qualifications

• Progressive beverage, bar, restaurant, or F&B leadership experience in upscale/luxury settings.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of beverage operations, cost control, and inventory management.
• Experience supporting banquet and high-volume events.
• Excellent leadership, communication, training, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement beverage programs, pricing, and promotions aligned with guest preferences.
• Collaborate with Banquets, Sales, Culinary, Finance, and Purchasing to create profitable beverage experiences.
• Lead beverage training to improve product knowledge, service, and responsible alcohol service.
• Build relationships with suppliers and distributors for pricing and innovation.
• Monitor performance metrics and guest feedback to improve revenue and satisfaction.
• Oversee all beverage operations during daily, event, and peak periods to ensure consistency and profitability.
