Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an Account Sales Manager Lead for Dallas, Wylie and the surrounding area. The role focuses on up-selling, fulfillment, and supporting other Account Managers while representing brands like 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai and more.

This position requires leadership responsibilities, a strong field sales mindset, and a commitment to ensuring accurate ads and route coverage. The schedule is Monday–Friday, starting early in the morning.

Qualifications

• 3 years of customer service experience in a retail environment or a sales role with targets.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sell KDP brands to maximize growth and distribution in the Dallas–Wylie area.
• Support in development of other Account Managers and lead by example.
• Monitor ads, assist with execution, and follow up on POI activations.
• Develop vacation and PTO coverage plans for all routes and staff.
• Lead monthly STS sessions and conduct periodic training for account managers.
• Assist District Manager with daily operations using Margin Miner, Route Manager, and related apps.
• Fill in for District Manager and Merchandising Manager as needed.
• Cross-train to understand all departments for future opportunities.
