Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required.
• 15+ years planning, designing, and executing large-scale energy projects (solar, BESS, wind, hydrogen).
• Advanced system integration and risk management experience.
• Expertise in utility-scale solar, BESS, and power plant operations.
• Electrical/I&C engineering knowledge (distribution systems, power systems, ladder logic, safe shutdown analysis).
• Mechanical engineering knowledge (pumps, valves, heat exchangers).
• Civil/structural engineering capabilities (foundations, seismic, pipe supports).
• MOV valve engineering diagnostics and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level oversight of engineering and project execution.
• Negotiate technical and regulatory requirements influencing executive decisions.
• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and optimize designs.
• Serve as technical authority on standards, practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide expertise in system design, grid optimization, and risk management.
• Collaborate with customer leadership to guide strategies and long-term reliability.
