Job summary

TWAICE is seeking a (Senior) BESS Engineer to act as the primary technical contact for asset owners, O&M teams, and developers across the Americas. The role spans pre-sales through in-life support, including data-readiness assessments, onboarding, KPI rollout, and performance analysis for commissioning and augmentation events.

You will review diagrams, map sensor hierarchies, configure sensor specs in Databricks, and diagnose data quality issues while surfacing product gaps to engineering.

Qualifications

• BESS industry experience required; performance/OMM background preferred.
• Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field or equivalent BESS experience.
• Comfortable with Python for processing sensor data and debugging anomalies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for US and Americas customers.
• Support pre-sales with technical discovery and data-readiness assessments.
• Lead technical onboarding: ladder diagrams, sensor hierarchies, and KPI rollout setup.
