Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering from ABET-accredited program (M.S. a plus).
• 5+ years in battery energy storage, solar, or microgrid projects; front-end/conceptual design.
• PE License (Electrical) preferred.
• Deep understanding of grid-scale energy storage and BOE equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical and controls front-end scope for early-phase pursuits.
• Build scalable electrical scoping practices and standardized architectures.
• Develop concept electrical designs—site layouts and single-line diagrams.
• Perform screening-level power system studies to size equipment.
