Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Program Management, Business or related discipline.
• Deep program management experience in battery energy storage, renewable energy, or utility-scale power infrastructure; staff level for portfolio leadership.
• Experience managing projects from scoping through commissioning and handoff, owning schedule, budget, and risk.
• Strong cross-functional communication, ability to manage up, down and across EPC, customer, and internal teams.
• Familiarity with BESS standards such as UL 9540, UL 9540A, UL 1973, UL 1741, IEEE, NEC, NFPA 70/855, IEC.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
• Passion for sustainability and improving the world.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project execution from scoping to handoff across all project phases.
• Own integrated schedule, budget tracker, and risk register for each project.
• Interface between Business Development, Product Engineering, EPC partners, and customers.
• Track RFI/submittals, change orders, permitting, interconnection coordination, and deliverables.
• Collaborate on equipment selection and BOM alignment with Product Engineering.
• Oversee commissioning readiness and test plan execution; handoff to Operations.
• Maintain project data in PM tooling and share lessons learned for templates.
