Chapters Health System, Inc. seeks a Bereavement Supervisor to oversee adult and children’s bereavement programs and provide clinical counseling expertise. The role supports the IDG and community partners while ensuring program quality and staff supervision.

The position requires Florida licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT), a Master’s degree in a related field, and 4+ years of experience, including supervisory work and EMR/EHR proficiency. Travel and varying hours are expected.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field with applicable state licensure.
• Florida licensure: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT; four+ years of related experience.
• One year of supervisory/lead experience; experience with death and dying in adults/children; EMR/EHR experience.

Mansioni

• Collaborates with Social and Volunteer Services Manager to operate adult and children’s bereavement programs.
• Maintains Bereavement database, records, and files ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Supervises volunteers for Bereavement Department and Children’s Grief Center; supports program development.
